摘　　要：水处理系统是血液透析机进行血液净化的重要组成部分,在整个制水过程中存在着许多反馈信号控制环节。本文通过供水问题引起的水处理系统停机、点击触摸屏引起的一级水处理系统停机故障现象,结合水处理机的工作原理深入分析故障原因,检查故障部件组成,通过安装稳压供水装置、更换电磁阀使故障得以解决。提示广大维修工程师要充分了解设备工作原理,在分析检修所出现和发生的故障现象时,仔细排查,实现不断改进,保障设备正常运行。Water treatment system is an important part of hemodialysis machine for blood purification,and there are many feedback signal control links in the whole water production process.The water supply problem and the failure phenomenon of the primary water treatment system caused by clicking the touch screen were summarized and analyzed in this paper.The cause of the failure was analyzed in-depth in conjunction with the working principle of the water treatment unit,the composition of the faulty components was checked,and the failure was solved by installing a stabilized water supply device and replacing the solenoid valve.The above content prompts the majority of maintenance engineers to fully understand the working principle of the equipment,so as to solve the fault and ensure the normal operation of the equipment after careful troubleshooting when analyzing the fault phenomenon occurred during maintenance.
