摘　　要：目的通过调查医学大学科相关管理人员和业内人士,梳理医学大学科建设的现状和需求,探索未来优化大学科建设的方案。方法采用文献研究和定性访谈的方法,围绕访谈提纲了解调查对象对医学大学科的理解和建议,并对定性资料进行转录和归纳。结果上海市闵行区的医学大学科建设仍处于早期阶段,其对基层社区医院的学科发展尚未起到较好的引领作用;而区域内对医学大学科建设的需求主要包括四个方面,学科间差异的区分、学科负责人自由度的考量、学科建设的硬件支持以及学科建设所产生的区域内社会效益。结论未来应加强医学大学科的推广工作,构建区域内信息化的运作平台,并基于实际情况构建整合式的评价体系,促进区域医疗服务能力的提升。Objective Through the investigation toward management personnel and industry insiders of the Medical Big Discipline in Minhang District,we aimed to explore the current status and demand of the Medical Big Discipline construction,and to explore the future plan of improvement.Methods Literature research and qualitative interviews were used to determine the respondents’understanding and suggestions on Medical Big Discipline based on the prepared interview outline,and the qualitative data were transcribed and summarized.Results The construction of Medical Big Discipline in Minhang of Shanghai was still in the early stage,and had not played a good leading role in the development of community health centers.Meanwhile,the regional demand for the construction of Medical Big Discipline mainly included four aspects:the differentiation of inter-disciplinary differences,the consideration on the operation freedom of discipline leaders,the hardware support of discipline construction and the social benefits generated by discipline construction.Conclusion It is imperative to strengthen the promotion of Medical Big Discipline with the creation of regional information platform in the future,and to build an integrated and comprehensive evaluation system based on the actual situation,so as to improve the medical service ability of certain regions.
