摘　　要：合并有心血管基础疾病的老年患者更容易感染新型冠状病毒,在感染后更容易发展为重症患者,死亡风险也更高,对于这类患者的部分用药仍存在较大争议,是新型冠状病毒肺炎治疗的难点之一。本文就近期合并心血管基础疾病的新型冠状病毒肺炎老年患者临床特点与管理作一综述。The elderly patients with underlying cardiovascular diseases are more vulnerable to the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).These patients run higher risk of becoming severe cases and death.Some of the drugs used in such patients remain controversial.This paper reviews the clinical characteristics of the COVID-19 and its management in the elderly patients with underlying cardiovascular diseases.
