摘  要:AAR评定标准由北美铁路协会制定,可用于铁路货车寿命疲劳评估。以某公司正在研制的米轨石砟漏斗车为例,使用ANSYS Workbench建立了该车的有限元模型,分别进行了垂向静载、纵向拉伸、纵向压缩和扭转4种工况下的应力分析,选取100 t无盖漏斗车相应载荷谱,以名义应力法和Miner线性累积损伤理论进行计算,基于AAR标准编写了寿命评估Matlab程序,评估结果表明寿命满足设计要求。The AAR evaluation standard was developed by the Association of American Railroad and can be used to evaluate the fatigue life of railway freight cars.In this paper,the finite element model of the meter rail ballast hopper car was established by using ANSYS Workbench,and the stress analysis was carried out under four working conditions:vertical static load,longitudinal tension,longitudinal compression,and torsion.Taking the meter-track ballast funnel as an example,the corresponding load spectrum of 100 t covered hopper car was selected and calculated by nominal stress method and Miner linear cumulative damage theory.A Matlab program for life evaluation was compiled based on AAR standard.The evaluation results show that the life of the hopper meets the design requirements.
