摘  要:传统的动液面测量方法由人工操作,工作人员需驱车至井场,采用手动测量液面装置开展测试工作,然后将实测数据导入电脑,人工解析液面深度。测试成本较高,测试效率低下,存在一定安全风险,遇到极端恶劣天气时无法赶赴现场测试,实时性较差。为了解决国内油田动液面测量系统存在问题,采用LABVIEW虚拟仪器技术,设计动液面连续在线监测控制系统,主要包括硬件设计与软件设计两个方面,实现了动液面在线连续监测功能,测量间隔时间可任意设置,测试精度高,完全满足现场测试需求。解决了低产井自动间开控制、油井测压等技术难题。The traditional method of liquid level measurement is operated manually.The staff needs to drive to the well site,use manual liquid level measuring devices to carry out the test work,and then import the measured data into the computer to manually analyze the liquid level.The test cost is high,the test efficiency is low,there is a certain security risk,when encountering extreme weather,it is impossible to reach the site for testing,and the real-time performance is poor.In order to solve the problems existing in the domestic oilfield liquid level measurement system,the liquid level continuous on-line monitoring control system was designed by using LabVIEW virtual instrument technology.It mainly includes two aspects of hardware design and software design.It realizes the online continuous monitoring function of the liquid surface.The measurement interval can be set arbitrarily.The test accuracy is high and it fully meets the needs of field-testing.It solves the technical problems of automatic inter production control and oil well pressure measurement.
