摘　　要：通过洗碗机洗碗粉体的流动性、稳定性实验确定配方中无机盐原料及其含量,测试比较含有特定原料的配方洗碗粉性能,确定其配方中酶、螯合剂及聚合物的种类及含量;洗碗机洗碗粉最终配方经过实验室性能测试及消费者实际试用,结果表明其具有较好的去污性能。The composition of raw materials in the formula was determined by the fluidity and stability tests of the dishwashing powder.Enzymes,chelators and polymers were determined for the dishwashing powder formulated with specific materials.The detergency of the final formula was tested in laboratory and the feedback from consumers was also obtained,the results of which indicated that the dishwashing powder formula showed good detergency.
