摘 要:通过对转炉终点控制工艺和LF精炼埋弧、加热、吹氩、喂线、窄成分控制等工艺参数的优化,取得了比较好的控氮效果,优化后,LF出站钢水平均增氮量由优化前的16.8 ppm降至9.6 ppm,降幅42.86%,钢坯氮合格率由优化前的35%提高至97%,效果十分显著。Through the optimization of the end-point control process of converter and the process parameters of submerged arc,heating,argon blowing,wire feeding and narrow composition control of LF refining,the better nitrogen control effect has been achieved.After optimization,the average nitrogen increment of LF outbound molten steel decreased from 16.8ppm before optimization to 9.6ppm,with a decrease of 42.86%,and the qualified rate of billet nitrogen increased from 35% before optimization to 97%.The effect is very significant.
