摘　　要：电机系统节能工程被定位为国家发改委启动的十大重点节能工程之一。攀钢轨梁厂提供热处理风源的鼓风机高压电机的启动方式,原采用的是降压软启动,风量通过调整风门挡板开口度的方式进行调节,使大量的电能都浪费在挡板节流、介质扰动和风压损耗上,增加了生产成本。现对热处理风源的鼓风机PLC控制系统及其高压软启动改为高压变频控制后,使用效果良好,降低了电机能耗,为企业创造较大的经济效益,为企业的长足发展提供有力保障。At present,the motor system energy-saving project is positioned as one of the ten key energy-saving projects initiated by the National Development and Reform Commission.The starting method of high-voltage motor of blower using heat-treated wind source in the Rail and Beam Factory of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the original adopts the step-down soft start.The air volume is adjusted by adjusting the opening degree of the damper flap,so that a large amount of electric energy is wasted.The baffle throttling,media disturbance and wind pressure loss increase production costs.After the PLC control system of the Rail and Beam Factory Rolling mill fan and its high-voltage soft start to change the high-voltage frequency conversion control,the use effect is good,reduce the energy consumption of the motor,create greater economic benefits for the enterprise.At the same time,it has improved the equipment and equipment level of the Panzhihua Rail and Beam Factory and provided a strong guarantee for the company's long-term development.
