摘　　要：相较于《正义论》,罗尔斯在《政治自由主义》中对稳定性问题已有了更为全面而深入的认识,并将自己的着眼点放在了自由主义宪政民主社会的持久稳定性上。为此,罗尔斯提出了宪政民主社会持久稳定的三个条件,并论述了秩序良好的宪政民主社会如何满足这些条件。罗尔斯在《政治自由主义》中对稳定性问题的重新阐释带来了诸多问题,但这种理论努力对罗尔斯来说是完全必要的,因为这不仅是在修正自己的正义理论,也是在为宪政民主政体辩护。而其论证的不成功,折射的则是自由主义宪政民主本身的硬伤。Compared to A theory of Justice,Rawls has a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding on stability issues in Political Liberalism,and focuses on the lasting stability of the liberal constitutional democratic societies.To this end,Rawls advances three conditions for lasting stability in a constitutional democratic society,and discusses how the well-ordered constitutional democracy societies meet those conditions.Rawls’reinterpretation to stability problems in Political Liberalism has brought many problems,but this theory effort is necessary for Rawls,because this is not only amending his theory of Justice,but defending the constitutional democracy.Meanwhile,his unsuccessful arguments reflect the big flaw of the liberal constitutional democracy.
