摘  要:为了更准确的评价过程质量,研究制丝关键工序生产过程在线质量评价技术及监测控制体系,通过数据统计与挖掘,建立以批次为单元的评价体系及完善的数学模型,引入非稳态数据默认基础得分和单位奖罚得分的评价手段,实现非稳态数据的精确控制和评价,将参数非稳态时段纳入监测和考核范围,实现制丝生产过程参数的全方位监控与考核。In order to evaluate the process quality more accurately, the on-line quality evaluation technology and monitoring control system of the production process in the key process of silk making are studied. Through data statistics and mining, the evaluation system and perfect mathematical model based on batch are established. The evaluation means of default basic score and unit reward and punishment score of unsteady data are introduced to realize the accurate control and evaluation of unsteady data. In order to realize the all-round monitoring and assessment of the parameters in the production process, the unsteady period of parameters should be included in the scope of monitoring and assessment.
