摘  要:在棉田的残膜回收过程中,棉秆容易跟残膜发生缠绕,对残膜回收率造成一定影响。因此,棉秆的清理对残膜回收工作的顺利进行非常重要。本文设计一种膜秆分离机构,该机构主要由提辊、拨秆轮、抛秆轮等部分组成。工作时,提辊如图旋切将棉秆从根部铲断,同时将地膜翻出地表便于残膜回收,棉秆在拨秆轮和抛秆轮的共同作用下被抛送至机架后方的拖斗中,达到膜秆分离的作业效果。该机构可以完成膜秆分离任务,为残膜的高效回收创造条件。:During the recovery of residual film in cotton fields,cotton stalks tend to entangle with the residual film,which has a certain effect on recovery of residual film.Therefore,cleaning of cotton stalk is very important for the smooth operation of recycle of residual film.In this paper,a membrane stalk separation mechanism is designed.The mechanism is mainly made up of lifting roller,stalk-pulling wheel,and stalk-casting wheel.During the operation,the lifting rollers cut off the cotton stalk from the root as shown in the figure,the residual film is turned onto the surface meanwhile for mechanized recovery.In the trailer,the operation effect of membrane stalk separation is achieved.This mechanism can complete the task of separating membrane stalks and create conditions for the efficient recovery of residual membranes.
