摘  要:近年来,随着往复式压缩机在国内石油天然气行业的广泛应用,往复式压缩机的运行安全已经越来越受到企业重视。研究发现,由压缩机机械故障和过载引起的紧急停车和维修费用占总数的30%以上,可见往复式压缩机关键机械部件的运行状态好坏直接影响到压缩机整体的运行安全和运行成本。因此,通过对往复式压缩机曲轴、十字头、活塞杆、气缸等关键部件的温度、压力、振动、加速度、位置等参数的监测,简要说明机械状态监测系统在往复式压缩机上的应用。In recent years, with the wide application of reciprocating compressor in domestic oil and gas industry, the operation safety of reciprocating compressor has been paid more and more attention by enterprises. It is found that the emergency stop and maintenance costs caused by mechanical failure and overload of compressor account for more than 30% of the total. It can be seen that the operation status of key mechanical components of reciprocating compressor directly affects the compressor The overall operation safety and operation cost, therefore, this paper through the reciprocating compressor crankshaft, crosshead, piston rod, cylinder and other key components of temperature, pressure.
