PFNA联合密固达治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定术(PFNA)联合抗骨质疏松药物密固达治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者的效果。方法选取我院收治的老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者36例,按照治疗方法分对照组与研究组。对照组仅施行PFNA内固定,研究组应用PFNA联合密固达注射液,观察两组的治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,研究组患者住院时间、肿胀消退时间、负重行走时间、骨折愈合时间明显缩短,髋关节Harris评分明显增高,差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论密固达联合PFNA内固定术治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折效果理想,获得较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the effectiveness of proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA) combined with Miguda in elderly patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of femurs. Methods A retrospective analysis of 36 elderly patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures of femurs from our hospital. The patients were divided into control group and research group according to different treatment methods. The control group only received PFNA and the observation group was treated with PFNA combined with Miguda injection. The curative effect after operation was observed. Results Compared with the control group, the hospitalization time, swelling subsidence time, weight-bearing walking time, fracture healing time were significantly shorter and the Harris hip score was significantly higher than those in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Compared with the simple PFNA treatment, Miguda combined with PFNA internal fixation is more effective in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in senile patients with osteoporosis, which has high value in clinical application.
