三黄散软膏对自身免疫性大疱性皮肤病创面愈合作用的研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨外用三黄散软膏对自身免疫性大疱性皮肤病创面愈合的临床作用。方法 选取2018年3月至2019年2月该院皮肤科收治的自身免疫性大疱性皮肤病患者44例,采用自身对照试验,在同一患者身上选取两组面积、位置相似的创面,分别作为研究组和对照组,各153处。对照组采用常规护理方法,研究组在对照组基础上外用三黄散软膏,观察两组创面愈合时间、不良反应发生情况等。结果 研究组创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大疱性类天疱疮创面愈合时间短于寻常型天疱疮,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。44例患者,除一例患者讲述首次使用三黄散换药时有轻微刺激疼痛感外,其他均无不适。结论 外用三黄散软膏能有效促进自身免疫性大疱性皮肤病创面愈合,且安全有效、经济实惠,具有临床推广意义。Objective To explore the clinical effect of San-Huang-San ointment on the wound healing of autoimmune bullous skin dermatosis.Methods 44 patients with autoimmune bullous skin dermatosis admitted to the dermatology department of the hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected.Two groups of wounds with similar area and location were selected from the same patient by self control test and divided into study group and control group with 153 wounds in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,the study group was treated with San-Huang-San ointment on the basis of the control group,and the wound healing time and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results The time of wound healing in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time of bullous pemphigoid was shorter than that of pemphigus vulgaris,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In 44 patients,except for one patient who reported slight irritation and pain when using San-Huang-San ointment for dressing change for the first time,there was no discomfort.Conclusion The external application of San-Huang-San ointment can effectively promote the wound healing of autoimmune bullous skin disease,and it is safe,effective,economic and beneficial,which has the significance of clinical promotion.
