基于区域性联盟资源的共享服务研究--以江苏高校图书馆联盟“通用借书证”实施项目为例

摘　　要：江苏省高校图书馆联盟自2004年更新使用电子通用借书证以来已累积有大量的纸质图书跨校借阅信息。文章在揭示江苏省高校图书馆联盟馆际资源共享服务10多年来建设成效的同时,通过个体参建馆读者的他校借阅行为分析,梳理出馆藏建设业务流程中的馆际差距,以及联盟组织在学科资源分工建设中的不足之处,探讨了几点发展建议:联盟学科资源分工建设要落实到实处;基于微信公众号平台整合揭示联盟资源;借阅权限适当放宽并扩大服务范围;共同营造区域资源共享服务环境。Since the update of Lib-PassPort in 2004, JALIS has accumulated large data of interlibrary loan printed books. Through the analysis of the interlibrary loan data, this paper reveals the effectiveness of the over 10-year-old JALIS interlibrary resource sharing services. By analyzing the borrowing behavior of library readers, this paper combs out the interlibrary gap in the library collection construction operating process and the shortcomings of the alliance organization in the division of discipline resources. As a result, the paper offers sever suggestions including the co-construction of alliance resources being put in place, presenting alliance resources through official accounts at Wechat, readers enjoying more borrowing rights and the scope of service being enlarged and libraries working together to make shared resources accessible to more readers in the region.
