摘　　要：高校对教师工作量进行统计的计算任务通常比较复杂,需要进行大量的计算,操作起来非常繁琐,任务繁重并且容易出错。文章运用Excel结合VBA应用开发了一个供教学管理人员使用的年度工作量及课时费统计系统,具有支持数据表导入、教学任务自动分析、异常数据主动探测、计算参数自主设置、人员类别识别、自动生成表格等功能。The calculation of the teacher workload in colleges and universities is usually complicated, data-heavy, and prone to error. In this paper, an accounting system of annual workload and class fees based on excel VBA is designed for teaching administrators, which has the functions of data table import, automatic analysis of teaching tasks, active detection of abnormal data, automatic setting of calculation parameters, personnel category identification, automatic generation of tables and so on.
