针对性护理措施对剖宫产产妇产褥感染的预防效果

摘　　要：目的分析针对性护理措施应用在剖宫产产妇产褥感染中的预防效果,以便为临床的护理工作提供科学依据。方法将2017年10月至2019年2月我院产科所收治的200例采用剖宫产进行分娩的产妇作为观察组,所有产妇进行针对性护理措施的落实,选择同期我院产科另外收治的200例进行剖宫产分娩的产妇设置为对照组,在护理的过程中均通过常规护理手段进行护理指导,对两组护理效果进行评价和比较。结果观察组中出现产褥感染8例(占4.00%),出现会阴伤口感染10例(占5.00%),出现乳腺炎6例(占3.00%),母乳喂养198例(占99.00%),子宫复旧率200例(占100.00%),满意200例(占100.00%),而对照组存在产褥感染42例(占21.00%),会阴伤口感染48例(占24.00%),乳腺炎患者56例(占28.00%),母乳喂养124例(占62.00%),子宫复旧144例(占72.00%),满意患者160例(占80.00%),两组进行差异性比较,P <0.05,存在统计学意义;对所有研究对象干预结束以后的疼痛和睡眠质量进行评分,观察组的VAS为(1.5±0.3)分,对照组为(3.1±0.9)分,观察组PSQI评分为(3.2±1.1)分,对照组为(6.8±3.1)分,存在统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产产妇通过针对性护理措施进行干预能够有效的降低产褥期感染的发生风险,同时有效的维持产妇产褥期的安全,提升母乳喂养率,促进子宫复旧率的提高,对于改善产妇生活质量具有重要意义,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing on cesarean section. Methods 200 cases of cesarean section women from October 2017 to February 2019 were set as observation group, and another 200 cases were selected as control group, and the nursing effect was compared with targeted care and routine care. Results In the observation group, 8 cases were infected with sputum, accounting for 4.00%, 10 cases of perineal wound infection, accounting for 5.00%, 6 cases of mastitis, accounting for 3.00%, 198 cases of breastfeeding, accounting for 99.00%, and 200 cases of uterine involution, accounting for 100.00%. Satisfied in 200 cases, accounting for 100.00%, the control group was 42 cases, accounting for 21.00%, 48 cases, accounting for 24.00%, 56 cases, accounting for 28.00%, 124 cases, accounting for 62.00%, 144 cases, accounting for 72.00%, 160 cases, 80.00%, P <0.05;VAS of the observation group was(1.5±0.3) points,(3.1±0.9) points for the control group,(3.2±1.1) for the observation group, and(6.8±3.1) for the control group. Points, P <0.05. Conclusion Maternal cesarean delivery can reduce the incidence of puerperal infection through targeted care.
