摘  要:油页岩炼油ATP工艺产生的高氨氮废水,采用原有的蒸发汽提处理方法存在成本高、产品氨水存储运输危险性大等不足。用高氨氮废水替代石灰作为碱源协同处理ATP工艺炉烟气SO2技术,排放指标满足国家标准,同时解决了高氨氮废水处理费用高的问题。处理剩余废水替代原工艺脱硫剩余废水排入污水处理厂继续处理,全程无多余的废水产生,工艺简化为硫酸铵一种产物且无危险性。该技术的研究为更好完善ATP工艺提供了环保技术支持。The treatment technology for high-ammonia-nitrogen wastewater from the ATP process used in the Fushun oil shale refinery has the disadvantages of high cost and high storage and transportation risks. This paper researches the co-treatment of SO2 in the ATP furnace flue gas with high-ammonianitrogen wastewater instead of lime. The research results showed that the SO2 content in flue gas could meet the national standard, and the problem of high cost of ammonia-nitrogen wastewater treatment was also solved. Instead of the original residual wastewater from the desulfurization process, the residual wastewater from this treatment process is discharged into the sewage treatment plant for further treatment;there is no excess wastewater generated throughout the entire process, the process product is simplified as ammonium sulfate, which is not dangerous. The research of this technology provides a strong environmental protection technology support for better improvement of ATP process.
