多囊卵巢综合征患者早期流产与血同型半胱氨酸水平的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨和分析多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者早期流产与血同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平的相关性。方法回顾性分析2017年9月至2018年9月在丹东妇女儿童医院及沈阳妇婴医院门诊就诊的PCOS患者148例,分为PCOS流产组78例,PCOS非流产组组70例。PCOS流产组为既往有一次或一次以上12周内流产患者,PCOS非流产组为正常妊娠至足月的患者,并选取既往有一次或一次以上12周内流产无PCOS病史的患者130例(非PCOS流产组)。采用循环酶法检测三组患者血HCY水平并对比。结果 PCOS流产组的血HCY水平(15.18±4.53)明显高于PCOS非流产组(9.68±2.24)和非PCOS组流产组(13.08±3.06),非PCOS流产组血HCY水平显明显高于PCOS非流产组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论血HCY水平增高可能是导致PCOS患者早期流产的独立高危因素,可作为预测PCOS患者早期不良妊娠结局的临床检验指标。Objective Analyze the correlation between early abortion and homocysteine(HCY) levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 148 patients with PCOS history who visited the Dandong women and children’s hospital and Shenyang women and children’s hospital from September 2017 to September 2018,including 78 patients in the PCOS abortion group and 70 patients in the PCOS non-abortion group.The PCOS abortion group was the patients with previous abortion once or more within 12 weeks,and the PCOS non-abortion group was the patients with normal pregnancy to full term,and 130 patients with previous abortion without PCOS within 12 weeks were selected to the non-pcos abortion group.The HCY levels of the three groups of patients were detected and compared using cyclic enzymes.Results The HCY level of the PCOS abortion group(15.18±4.53)was significantly higher than that of the PCOS non-abortion group(9.68±2.24) and the non-pcos abortion group(13.08±3.06),and the HCY level of the non-pcos abortion group was significantly higher than that of the PCOS non-abortion group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclu sion High Hcy level in blood may be an independent risk factor for early abortion in PCOS patients,and can be used as a clinical indicator to predict the early adverse pregnancy outcome in PCOS patients.
