摘　　要：目的探究职业素养教育对新入职手术室护士护理职业成功的影响。方法选取我市及周边4所医院新入职手术室护士110名,随机分为研究组54名,接受职业素养教育,对照组56名,接受常规培养模式。观察两组入职时和培训后职业素养和护理职业生涯成功水平。采用Pearson相关分析职业素养水平与护理职业成功的相关性。结果培训6个月后,研究组职业生涯成功量表总分及职业满意度、组织内竞争力、组织外竞争力3个维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);经过6个月培训后,两组职业素养评价总分及各维度评分均较培训前明显升高,且研究组总分和心理素质、业务技能、沟通交流能力3个维度的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,手术室新入职护士职业素养水平与其职业成功呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论职业素养教育可以提高新入职的手术室护士能力素质,增强其行业竞争力,提高护理职业生涯成功水平。Objective To explore the influence of professional quality education on nursing career success of new nurses in operation room.Methods The110 new operation room nurses from 4 hospital in our city were divided into the study group(n=54)were received the occupational training mode,and56 cases in the control group were received normal training mode.To the level of professional accomplishment and nursing career success were observed and analyzed before and after the entry,and to explore the correlation between the level of professional accomplishment and the success of nursing career.Results After 6 month of admission,the total score of the career success scale and the scores of each dimension of the research group were significantly higher than tho se of the control group(P<0.05);the level of professional literacy of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Pearson correlation analysis showed that the professional quality of new nurses in operation room was positively correlated with their professional success(P<0.05).Conclusion Professional quality education can improve the competency of new nurses in operation room,enhance their competitiveness in the industry,improve the success level of nursing career.
