摘　　要：政府数据的利用与治理,对发展数字经济起着关键作用。通过对目前已有的文献进行系统的梳理,分析政府数据治理的研究现状,明晰未来的研究方向和趋势。目前国内外政府数据治理的研究主要集中在政府数据治理概念、体系框架、成熟度模型、政策和标准、数据质量等方面,现有的研究局限表现在:数据治理成熟度模型的建构、数据治理的政策和标准等方面研究有待完善和优化。未来应在政府数据治理的框架模型、成熟度评估体系、政策分析方面进行深入的研究。The use and governance of government data plays a key role in the development of the digital economy.Through the systematic study of the existing literature,the paper analyzes the research status of government data governance,and clarifies the future research directions and trends.At present,the current research on government data governance at home and abroad mainly focuses on government data governance’s concepts,system framework,policy structure,governance applications and challenges,maturity models,etc.The existing research limitations are as follows:The research on the construction of data governance maturity model and the policy standards of data governance needs to be improved and optimized.In the future,in-depth research should be conducted on the framework model of government data governance,maturity assessment system,and policy analysis.
