公共图书馆英语阅读推广研究——以邯郸市图书馆“公益英语角”活动为例

摘　　要：随着经济的发展,对外交流与合作越来越广泛,读者学习英语的要求也越来越强烈。公共图书馆应当顺应时代发展,满足读者学习英语的需求,促进多元文化的交流,提升公共图书馆的服务效能。针对目前公共图书馆开展英语阅读推广活动存在的问题,依据邯郸市图书馆“公益英语角”活动几年来取得的经验,提出英语阅读推广需要在馆藏资源配置、人才培养、活动设计、活动质量提升以及活动品牌创建方面下功夫,以吸引更多的人参与活动。With the development of economy,foreign exchanges and cooperations become more and more extensive.Readers are increasingly demanding to learn English.Public libraries should keep pace with the development of the times,meet the needs of readers for learning English,promote the exchange of diverse cultures and improve the service efficiency of public libraries.Aiming at the problems existing in the English reading promotion activities in public libraries,based on the experience obtained through“public English corner"activities of Handan Library for several years,the author proposes that English reading promotion needs efforts on aspects of the allocation of library resources,talents cultivation,activity design,activity quality improvement and brand establishment in order to attract more people to participate in activities.
