从津液代谢探析干燥综合征论治

摘　　要：干燥综合征是一种比较常见的风湿性疾病,其以口眼干燥、腮腺肿大、猖獗性龋齿等为主要表现,大多数医家认为“阴虚燥热”是其主要病机,治疗多从滋养阴液出发。但本病所表现出的“干燥”不仅是阴液的绝对缺乏,亦可因阴液相对不足失于濡润而导致,故影响体内津液正常输布的因素均可致燥。气虚失运、湿浊中阻、瘀血内停、湿毒内蕴等都能引起津液代谢障碍,造成肌肤孔窍失养而致诸症。因此本病治疗亦从阴液亏虚出发,采用补气生津、化湿祛浊、活血化瘀、滋阴解毒等综合治法,以通为补,以行为养。Sjogren’s syndrome is a relatively common rheumatic disease. It is mainly characterized by dry mouth,swollen parotid gland,and spastic caries. Most doctors think that"Yin deficiency and heat"is its main pathogenesis,and treatment is mostly nourishing the liquid. However,the"dryness"exhibited by this disease is not only the absolute lack of Yin liquid,but also due to the relative deficiency of Yin liquid,which is caused by loss of phlegm and blood. Therefore,factors affecting the normal transmission of body fluid in the body can cause dryness. Deficiency of Qi,obstruction of dampness turbidity,internal stop of blood stasis,and intrinsic dampress of poison can cause metabolic disorders of the body fluid,causing dysplasia of the skin and other symptoms. Therefore,the treatment of this disease can also be based on the results of Yin deficiency,using replenishing Qi and fluid,resolving phlegm,and removing blood stasis,nourishing yin and detoxification to supplement.
