摘  要:基于越野车采用镁合金车轮进行工程应用的研究。首先,开展对镁合金车轮的弯曲静力学、径向静力学、13°冲击和90°冲击的仿真分析;其次开展零部件级以及整车级的可靠性试验;最后,开展镁合金车轮与铝合金车轮的油耗对比试验。综上论证了镁合金车轮在越野车上的工程应用具有一定可行性。但仍需开展镁合金车轮搭载整车的耐腐蚀试验。The engineering application of magnesium alloy wheels based on off-road vehicles is studied.Firstly, the simulation analysis of bending statics, radial statics, 13-degree impact and 90-degree impact of magnesium alloy wheels was carried out;Secondly, the reliability tests of component grades and vehicle grades were carried out;Finally, the fuel consumption comparison test between magnesium alloy wheels and aluminum alloy wheels was conducted. In summary, it demonstrates that the engineering application of magnesium alloy wheels on off-road vehicles has certain feasibility. However, it is still necessary to carry out corrosion resistance tests.
