摘 要:随着国家排放法规的日益严苛以及对乘用车燃油经济性要求的不断提高,发动机48V轻混技术受到各国的追捧,俗称BSG起停系统(Belt-driven Starter/Generator)。BSG电机是一种具备怠速停机和启动功能的弱混合动力技术,改善现有发动机怠速与起动过程中的燃油经济性,节油率可达10%,且升级成本较低,是目前阶段各大主机厂更新技术的首选方案。简述了一种BSG电机解耦器的结构及工作原理,并分析其内部弹簧座圈失效模式以及为提高其可靠性提出了一些结构设计及工艺上的优化方法,优化效果已经过试验验证。With the increasingly rigorous requirements from the government for the vehicles on the emission regulation and the fuel economy, the 48 V engine technique, which is called Belt-driven Starter/Generator(BSG), is and will be accepted by more and more countries. BSG can help engines to implement fast stop and start action, so there may have no need for engines to be in idling condition. This can do good contribution to decrease the fuel consumption by 10%. Besides, BSG technical updating may cost less, this makes it ranking first to most original engineering manufactories for technical updating at the present stage. This paper describes the structure and working process of a BSG decoupling, and analyzes the general failure modes of spring retainer. Finally it concludes some good advices on improving the structure designing and the machining process, and the results have been verified by tests.
