摘　　要：ABT是Averaging, Banking and Trading Program的缩写,是指EPA认证中排放信用的平均、储存和交易。ABT项目适用于EPA认证的部分车辆和发动机类型,比如重型发动机、火花点火式通用小型汽油机、船用压燃式发动机、非道路娱乐用车(全地形车、多功能车、非道路摩托车、雪橇车)等。这些族系的证书持有者为了保证在证书有效的型式年内始终符合EPA适用的法律法规的要求,会自愿申请所持有的所有族系或部分族系参加ABT项目。通过分析非道路娱乐用车的ABT项目中排放信用的平均、储存和交易的要求,排放信用的计算方法,可以为拟将非道路娱乐用车引入美国市场的国内生产企业提供一些参考。ABT is abbreviation of Averaging, banking and trading program, it means averaging, banking and trading of emission credits in EPA certification. ABT program applies to some EPA certified vehicles and engines, such as heavy-duty engines, Small Nonroad Spark-ignition Engines, Marine Compression-Ignition Engines, recreational vehicles(All-Terrain Vehicle, Utility Vehicle, Offroad Motorcycle, Snowmobile), etc. To meet requirements in applicable EPA regulations and standards within the whole model year for validation of EPA Certificate of Conformity, certificate holder will participate in the ABT program for all or some of engine families voluntarily. By analyzing requirements on averaging, banking and trading of emission credits and calculation of emission credits in the ABT program for recreational vehicles, it provides reference for manufacturers at home who plan to introduce their recreational vehicle products into US commerce.
