摘 要:镁离子直接参与许多体内生物化学反应,如在离子通道的调节,DNA的稳定,酶的激活,细胞生长和增殖中起重要作用。近年来,越来越多的研究者将这种碱土金属应用于骨科。镁基生物陶瓷包括一系列的含镁化合物,如氧化物、磷酸盐和硅酸盐,镁基生物陶瓷材料的应用形式多样,如骨水泥、支架、內置物涂层。本文旨在对不同的镁基生物陶瓷进行全面的综述,如磷酸镁(MgO-P2O5),磷酸钙镁(CaO-MgO-P2O5)和镁玻璃(SiO2-MgO),重点关注镁基生物陶瓷人工骨材料的化学性质和主要应用形式。Magnesium ions are directly involved in numerous biochemical reactions,for example,they play an important role in the regulation of ion channels,DNA stabilization,enzyme activation and stimulation of cell growth and proliferation.This al⁃kaline earth metal has gained great popularity in orthopedic application in recent years.Magnesium-based bio-ceramics in⁃clude a large group of magnesium containing compounds such as oxides,phosphates and silicates,which are involved in ortho⁃pedic applications like bone cements,bone scaffolds and implant coatings.This article is aimed to give a comprehensive re⁃view on different magnesium-based bio-ceramics,including magnesium phosphates(MgO-P2O5),calcium magnesium phos⁃phate(CaO-MgO-P2O5),and magnesium glasses(SiO2-MgO)with a strong focus on the chemical properties and main applica⁃tion form of magnesium-based bioceramics for bone repair.
