摘　　要：目的探讨TurboHawk斑块旋切术治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的临床效果。方法将本院收治的100例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者随机分为观察者和对照组,各50例。对照组采用球囊扩张支架植入术治疗,观察组采用TurboHawk斑块旋切术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患侧肢体循环情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后7、14 d的Fugl-Meyer评分及治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的急性血栓、感染、血肿发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组TBI、ABI均高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访后3、6个月,观察组的再狭窄率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论TurboHawk斑块旋切术治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的效果显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of TurboHawk atherectomy in patients with lower extremity atherosclerotic occlusive disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with lower extremity atherosclerotic occlusive disease admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with balloon dilatation stent implantation,and the observation group was treated with TurboHawk atherectomy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the circulation of the affected limb in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer scores at the 7th and 14th days after treatment and total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of acute thrombus,infection and hematoma in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TBI and ABI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 3,6 months after follow-up,the restenosis rates of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TurboHawk atherectomy is effective in the treatment of lower extremity atherosclerotic occlusive disease.
