血清炎症因子和凝血功能检测在下肢深静脉血栓形成患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究血清炎症因子和凝血功能检测在下肢深静脉血栓形成患者中的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月在本院接受治疗的72例下肢深静脉血栓患者作为观察组,另选取同期收治的72例健康体检人群作为对照组。对观察组患者进行治疗。比较治疗前两组受检者的血清炎症因子(CRP、IL-6、IL-8、IL-18)和凝血功能指标(FIB、TT、PT、APTT);比较治疗前、后观察组患者的血清炎症因子和凝血功能指标。结果治疗前,观察组的血清炎症因子水平和凝血功能指标均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的血清炎症因子水平和凝血功能指标均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检测患者血清炎症因子和凝血功能能够为下肢深静脉血栓的预防、诊断、治疗提供全新的思路,可提高下肢深静脉血栓患者临床治疗效果,对患者诊断及治疗具有积极意义。Objective To explore the application value of detection of serum inflammatory factors and coagulation function in patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.Methods From January 2016 to January 2019,72 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities who treated in our hospital were selected as observation group,and 72 healthy people who admitted in the same period were selected as control group.The patients in the observation group were treated.The serum inflammatory factors(CRP,IL-6,IL-8,IL-18)and coagulation indexes(FIB,TT,PT,APTT)were compared between the two groups before treatment;the levels of serum inflammatory factors and coagulation function in the observation group before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors and coagulation indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors and coagulation indexes in the observation group decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of serum inflammatory factors and coagulation function can provide a new idea for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities,it can improve the clinical treatment effect of patients with deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity,and has positive significance for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
