摘　　要：目的观察针刺联合Mckenzie疗法治疗气滞血瘀型颈椎病的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年8月西安市中医医院针灸推拿康复科收治的90例气滞血瘀型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表将其分为治疗组(45例,针刺+Mckenzie疗法)及对照组(45例,Mckenzie疗法)。比较两组患者治疗前、后的Northwick Park颈痛量表(NPQ)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及SF-36生活质量量表(SF-36)中的躯体疼痛(BP)评分。结果治疗后,两组的NPQ评分均降低,且治疗组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VAS评分均降低,且治疗组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SF-36量表中的BP评分均升高,且治疗组显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合Mckenzie疗法治疗气滞血瘀型颈椎病的临床效果显著,能改善患者的颈痛症状、躯体疼痛,减轻对患者日常生活的影响程度,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Mckenzie therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 90 patients with cervical spondylosis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type admitted in the acupuncture,massage and rehabilitation department of Xi'an hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into treatment group(45 cases,acupuncture+Mckenzie therapy)and control group(45 cases,Mckenzie therapy)according to the random number table.The Northwick Park neck pain scale(NPQ),visual analogue scale(VAS)and physical pain(BP)scores of the SF-36 quality of life scale(SF-36)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the NPQ score of the two groups decreased,and that in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups decreased,and that in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,BP score of SF-36 in the two groups increased,and that in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Mckenzie therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type has a significant clinical effect,it can improve the neck pain and body pain,and reduce the impact on patients'daily life,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
