摘　　要：目的探讨Mulligan手法联合电针对网球肘患者关节活动度的影响。方法选择我院2018年5月至2019年8月收治的80例网球肘患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和联合组,各40例。对照组给予电针疗法进行治疗,联合组患者给予Mulligan手法联合电针进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果联合组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VAS评分均降低,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的肘关节屈伸、旋转活动度显著增加,且联合组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Mulligan手法联合电针对网球肘患者的治疗效果显著,明显降低患者疼痛程度,改善关节活动度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of Mulligan manipulation combined with electroacupuncture on the joint mobility of tennis elbow patients.Methods A total of 80 tennis elbow patients admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and combined group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture,and the combined group was treated with Mulligan manipulation combined with electroacupuncture.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score in the two groups decreased,and that in the combined group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the activity degree of flexion,extension and rotation of elbow joint of the two groups increased significantly,and those in the combined group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mulligan manipulation combined with electroacupuncture has a significant effect on tennis elbow patients,it can significantly reduce the pain degree of patients and improve the joint activity,which is worth popularizing in clinical.
