摘 要:以实际工程为例,制定调查方案,对日间及夜间的停车情况进行调查。以调查数据为基础,分析现状出行及停车特征,总结得出现状地块存在出行结构不合理、路内停车周转率不足、路外停车资源利用不充分等问题。最后,在此基础上制定停车改善方案,引入包括共享停车在内的多模式改善方法。该改善方案的有效实施,不仅可以解决该地块的停车供需矛盾,同时也可以为其他同类建设项目的停车改善方案提供借鉴和参考。Taking a practical case of Tianjin Huayuan Science and Technology Park as an example,this paper formulates a survey plan and investigates the parking situation during the day and at night.Based on the survey data,this paper analyzes the current situation of travel and parking characteristics,and summarizes the problems of unreasonable travel structure in the present plot,insufficient parking turnover in the road and inadequate utilization of off-road parking resources.Finally,on this basis,a parking improvement scheme is formulated,and the multi-mode improvement methods including shared parking are introduced.The effective implementation of this improvement scheme can not only solve the contradiction between supply and demand of parking in this plot,but also provide reference for the other similar construction projects.
