摘　　要：目前道桥项目管理过程中仍然存在一定问题,需要不停地进行优化及调整。BIM技术可以作为一大技术手段,发挥其独有的功能优势。通过BIM技术将二维图纸转换成三维模型,进行方案可视化交底、交通仿真、专业协调等分析,优化设计成果,减少安全隐患。通过BIM施工项目管理平台,实现职责分工明确、文档集中管理、进度实时查看、现场问题及时追踪与解决。BIM技术可以提前发现道桥项目中存在的问题,提高项目整体的推进效率,助力道桥项目的实施管理。At present,there are some problems in the management process of road and bridge projects.It is necessary to continuously carry out the optimization and adjustment.BIM technology can be a great technological means and play its particular functional superiority.2D drawings are converted into 3D model through BIM technology to carry out the scheme visualization disclosure,traffic simulation and professional coordination,to optimize the design result and to reduce the safety risks.The use of BIM construction project management platform can realize the clear division of responsibilities,the centralized management of documents,the real-time view of progress,and the in-time track and solution of field problems.BIM technology can find the problems existing in the road and bridge projects in advance,improve the propulsive efficiency of the whole project and assist the implementation management of road and bridge projects.
