脉冲射频联合硬膜外自控镇痛治疗老年带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨脉冲射频联合硬膜外自控镇痛治疗老年带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效和安全性。方法选择该院2016年3月至2018年3月收治的老年带状疱疹后神经痛患者78例作为研究资料,随机分组两组各39例,对照组采用硬膜外自控镇痛(PCEA),观察组为脉冲射频联合硬膜外自控镇痛,观察两组镇痛效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组患者疼痛程度均较严重,评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后各阶段,观察组疼痛程度逐渐改善,且评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为15.38%,低于对照组的17.95%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在老年带状疱疹后神经痛治疗中采取脉冲射频联合硬膜外自控镇痛方案利于有效缓解疼痛,提高患者生活质量,且不会增加不良反应发生,保证安全性,值得推广。【Objective】To investigate the efficacy and safety of pulsed radio frequency combined with epidural patientcontrolled analgesia in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia in the elderly.【Methods】Seventy-eight elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with patient-controlled epidural analgesia(PCEA).The observation group was treated with pulsed radio frequency combined with epidural controlled analgesia.The analgesic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.【Results】Before treatment,the degree of pain in the two groups was more serious,the score had no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the degree of pain in the observation group was gradually improved,and the score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was15.38%,which was lower than that in the control group(17.95%)with no significant difference(P>0.05).【Conclusion】Pulse radio frequency combined with epidural self-controlled analgesia in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia in the elderly can effectively relieve pain,improve the quality of life of patients,and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,ensure safety,it is worth promoting.
