产后出血治疗中应用子宫压迫缝合术的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察产后出血治疗中应用子宫压迫缝合术的效果。方法选择该院2015年5月至2018年5月收治的74例产后出血患者作为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方式分为两组,每组37例。观察组使用可吸收缝合线进行子宫肌层缝合,对照组使用其他方式进行止血。比较两组患者的生活质量评分、总出血量、术中出血量、止血时间以及住院时间。结果治疗后两组患者的生存质量明显改善,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生存质量评分明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总出血量、术中出血量明显少于对照组,止血时间、住院时间短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产后出血患者采用子宫压迫缝合术进行治疗,可有效减少出血量,缩短止血时间,从而获得更佳的止血效果,有利于提高抢救成功率。【Objective】To analyze the effect of uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.【Methods】Seventy-four patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were selected as subjects.They were grouped according to different treatment methods,37 cases in each group.The observation group used an absorbable suture for suture of the myometrium,and the control group used other methods to stop bleeding.The quality of life score,total bleeding,intraoperative blood loss,hemostasis time,and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.【Results】The quality of life of the two groups was significantly improved after treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total amount of bleeding and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the time of hemostasis and hospitalization was shorter than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with uterine compression suture can effectively reduce the amount of maternal bleeding,shorten the maternal hemostasis time,and thus obtain better hemostasis effect,which is conducive to improving the success rate of maternal rescue.
