超声检查对空勤人员甲状腺疾病的诊断作用研究

摘　　要：目的将超声检查应用于空勤人员甲状腺疾病诊断中,对其诊断价值进行研究。方法对该院2010年2月至2019年1月行健康体检的652名空勤人员临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有受检者均行超声检查,并与病理诊断结果相比较,对其诊断作用进行研究。结果652例空勤人员经病理诊断出甲状腺疾病共150例,检出率为23.01%,其中良性病变131例(87.33%),恶性病变19例(12.67%),超声诊断出甲状腺疾病147例,检出率为22.55%,与病理诊断检出率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),超声检查与病理诊断结果相比,诊断准确率为98.00%;超声对甲状腺良性病变诊断准确率为98.47%,对恶性病变诊断准确率为94.74%,与病理诊断具有较高一致性。结论超声检查在空勤人员甲状腺疾病诊断中具有一定应用价值,可提升疾病检出率,为临床制定治疗方案提供指导意见,值得应用。【Objective】To study the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in thyroid diseases of aircrew.【Methods】The clinical data of 652 aircrew members who underwent health examination in our hospital from February 2010 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All the subjects underwent ultrasound examination,and the examination results were compared with the pathological diagnosis results,the diagnostic effect was studied.【Results】There were 150 cases of thyroid diseases diagnosed by pathology in 652 aircrew members,the detection rate was 23.01%.Among them,131 cases were benign(87.33%),19 cases were malignant(12.67%) and 147 cases were diagnosed by ultrasonography,the detection rate was 22.55%.There was no significant difference in the detection rate between ultrasonography and pathological diagnosis(P>0.05).Compared with pathological diagnosis,the diagnostic coincidence rate of ultrasonography was 98.00%.The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound for benign and malignant thyroid lesions was 98.47% and 94.74%,respectively,which was in good agreement with pathological diagnosis.【Conclusion】Ultrasound examination has certain application value in the diagnosis of thyroid diseases in aircrew,which can improve the detection rate of diseases and provide guidance for clinical treatment.It is worth applying.
