摘 要:目的研究不同降尿酸治疗策略运用于无症状高尿酸血症合并糖调节受损人群中,观察研究对象的结果转归。方法选择江门市二级以上综合/专科医院2017年4月至2018年3月无症状高尿酸血症合并糖调节异常的600例患者作为研究对象,将其分为治疗组、生活方式干预组、对照组,追踪记录其体重指数、收缩压、舒张压、血尿酸、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白。将治疗后的观察指标进行统计学分析,观察是否存在差异。结果三组研究对象体重指数、收缩压、舒张压相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组与生活方式干预组、对照组血尿酸、血糖、糖化血红蛋白相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过降低高尿酸血症患者血尿酸水平可有效阻止糖尿病前期向糖尿病发生、发展。【Objective】To observe the outcome of the study subjects after using different urate-lowering strategies for asymptomatic hyperuricemia with impaired glucose regulation.【Methods】Six hundred patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia and abnormal glucose regulation from April 2017 to March 2018 in Jiangmen City were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into treatment group,lifestyle intervention group and control group.Its body mass index,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,blood uric acid value,blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin were grouped,tracked and recorded.Statistical analysis was performed on the observed indicators after treatment to see if there was a difference.【Results】There was no difference in body mass index,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure among the groups(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in blood uric acid,blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin among the groups after treatment(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Reducing the blood uric acid levels in patients with hyperuricemia can effectively prevent the occurrence and development of diabetes in prediabetes.
