摘　　要：目的探讨体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)辅助下危重症患者院内转运的护理配合要点,总结丰富的ECMO辅助下院内转运临床护理实践经验。方法总结本院20例危重症患者,年龄2个月~75岁,男13例,女7例,均使用V-A ECMO及V-V ECMO两种方法辅助下进行院内转运。结果转运中无并发症和机器故障意外发生,院内转运成功率100%。结论高水平的ECMO护理团队,明确的职责和分工,合理的转运前评估,有效的应急预案管理,是取得危重症患者院内转运成功的关键。Objective To explore the key points of nursing cooperation in hospital transport for critically ill patients assisted by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO),and summarize the rich clinical nursing experience in hospital transport assisted by ECMO.Methods Twenty 2 months to 75 years old patients with critical illness,including 13 male and 7 female,were treated with V-A ECMO and V-V ECMO in our hospital.Results During the transport,no complications and accidents of machine failure occurred,with a successful rate of 100%.Conclusion High level ECMO nursing team,clear responsibility and labor division,reasonable pre-transfer evaluation,and effective emergency plan management are the keys to the success of hospital transfer of critically ill patients.
