摘 要:行星齿轮箱的诸多传动优点使其越来越广泛地被应用于诸多机械设备中,其振动响应比定轴齿轮箱更为复杂,相应的动力学模型建立及故障诊断成为近年来的研究难点和热点。目前对行星减速轮系的建模分析大多都是建立在正常状态下,缺乏对故障状态下的行星轮系建模研究;对行星轮系进行故障特性分析时,缺乏振动机理方面的研究。针对现有研究的不足,建立了考虑振动传递路径时变效应的行星齿轮系统动力学模型;推导了太阳轮断齿故障下的时变啮合刚度表达式,通过对行星齿轮系统动力学模型的求解,分析得到了太阳轮断齿时系统的频谱响应特性;最后通过试验信号的对比,验证了动力学模型分析结果的准确性。Planetary gearboxes are more widely used in many mechanical devices because of many of the advantages. The vibration responses are more complex than that of fixed-axis gearboxes,therefore the corresponding dynamic models established and fault diagnosis have become the research difficulty and hotspot in recent years. At present,most of the dynamic models and analysis of planetary gearboxes are under the normal condition,while few focused on the studies of faulty ones. The fault characteristics analysis of the planetary gear sets is lacked of research on vibration mechanism. Aiming at these shortcomings of present research,a dynamic model of planetary gear system was established,considering the time-varying effects of transmission paths. The expression of the meshing stiffness under the sun gear broken condition was calculated.Using the model,the spectral response characteristics were obtained. Then compared with test signal,the accuracy of the dynamic model analysis is verified.
