摘  要:磁力滚压是一种将磁技术和滚压技术结合的新技术用以提高长不锈钢管内表面质量。为了实现电磁式磁力滚压加工,研发出一套新型磁力滚压工具。通过对磁力滚压加工机理进行分析,得到电磁式磁力滚压加工滚压力的有效范围;基于滚压力的范围和工件的结构设计磁力滚压工具;利用Ansoft对系统磁路进行优化,确定出磁力滚压工具结构以及与之相匹配的滚压加工频率;搭建电磁式磁力滚压加工系统,对长不锈钢管进行磁力滚压加工试验。结果表明:电磁式磁力滚压工具有良好的加工特性,工件的有效滚压加工频率为(4~9)Hz,系统的最佳加工频率为9Hz。Magnetic rolling is a new technology that combines magnetic technology and rolling technology to improve the inner surface quality of long round stainless steel tubes. In order to meet the electromagnetic magnetic rolling process,a new rolling tool has been developed. By analyzing the mechanism of magnetic rolling processing,the effective range of electromagnetic magnetic rolling processing rolling pressure is obtained;The rolling processing tool is designed based on the range of rolling pressure and the structure of workpiece. The magnetic circuit optimization is performed by Ansoft to determine the structure of the rolling tool and the matching rolling processing frequency. The electromagnetic magnetic rolling processing system is built and the long round stainless steel tube is subjected to magnetic rolling processing test. The results show that the electromagnetic magnetic rolling processing tool has good processing characteristics,the rolling processing frequency of the workpiece is(4~9)Hz and the optimal processing frequency of the system is 9Hz.
