摘 要:"电机能效提升计划"的实施,重点任务之一是开展电机高效再制造。为了提高低效异步电机的能效水平,通过对电机损耗的分析,设计出了一种电机再制造方案,将原旧电机的定子铁心采用电磁性能优良的电工用新硅钢片进行了替换,基于低谐波绕组的设计理论对定子绕组进行了再设计,为了进一步降低损耗,利用田口方法对定子槽型进行了优化。经有限元分析计算,与原电机对比,再制造电机的效率提高了2.04%,达到了国家规定的能效标准,而电机的其他性能也有相应的改善,对电机的再制造提供一定的参考价值。Implementation of"motor efficiency improvement plan",one of the key tasks is to carry out efficient remanufacturing of motors.In order to improve the efficiency of asynchronous motor’s energy efficiency level,through the analysis of the loss of motor, and put forward the scheme of remanufacturing a motor, using the silicon steel stator core with excellent electromagnetic properties to replace the old motor stator core,based on the design theory of low harmonic winding,the stator winding is redesigned,in order to further reduce the loss,stator slot type optimized by Taguchi method. Then based on the finite element analysis and calculation,compared with the original motor,the efficiency of remanufacturing motor is increased by 2.04%,reaching the energy efficiency standards prescribed by the state,while the other performance parameters of the motor are improved,providing certain reference value for the remanufacturing of motor.
