摘  要:分析研究了决定FDM工艺3D打印机打印模型精度和成型稳定性的关键问题:成型空间加热保温系统。提出了相应的解决方案:给出了成型空间热风双循环加热保温系统的设计方案,并创新设计了"六边形"风琴防护罩,为大尺寸成型空间的均匀加热保温提供新的设计思路。给出了成型空间保温防护系统关键元件的选型计算方法,为加热器的选型提供科学依据。经过实际生产中的应用和测试,证明了研究方案是可行的,具有实际应用价值,为后续的大尺寸工业级3D打印的工艺研究提供实现基础。The key problems that determine the accuracy and stability of the printing model of FDM process 3D printer are analyzed and studied:Thermal insulation system for forming space. The corresponding solutions are put forward:the design scheme of hot air double-cycle heating and insulation system in forming space is put forward,and the"hexagonal"protective cover for organ is innovative designed,which provides a new design idea for uniform heating and insulation in large-scale forming space. The calculation method for selecting the key components of the thermal insulation and protection system in the forming space is given,which provides a scientific basis for the selection of heaters. Application and test in actual production,it proves that the research scheme is feasible,it has high engineering application value and provides a essential condition for the follow-up process research of large-scale industrial 3D printing.
