摘  要:研究了ZA型蜗轮的建模与修形技术,为蜗轮五轴数控加工编程提供精确的三维模型。建立车刀、蜗杆、蜗轮的坐标系,在此基础上得出车刀坐标系到蜗杆坐标系、蜗杆坐标系到蜗轮坐标系的转换公式;推导得出车刀刃口方程,根据车刀坐标系到蜗杆坐标系转换公式可得出蜗杆齿面方程;根据齿轮啮合原理,推导得出蜗杆蜗轮啮合方程;将蜗杆齿面方程、蜗杆蜗轮啮合方程、蜗杆坐标系到蜗轮坐标系的转换公式联立即为蜗轮齿面方程;根据蜗轮副啮合区的要求,对蜗轮齿面方程计算出来的齿面点集进行法向向内偏移,使得蜗轮齿面修鼓。最终的啮合区图表明:修形蜗轮与标准蜗杆的啮合性能符合使用要求。The modeling and modification technology of ZA worm gear is studied in this paper in order to provide accurate three-dimensional model for five-axis NC machining programming. The transformation formulas of turning tool coordinate system to worm coordinate system and worm coordinate system to worm gear coordinate system are obtained based on establishment of coordinate systems of turning tool,worm and worm gear. The equation of cutting edge of turning tool is derived from the equation of worm surface according to the relation of coordinate transformation. According to the principle of gear engagement,the meshing equation of worm and worm gear is deduced. The worm gear surface equation,the meshing equation of worm gear pair and the transformation formula from worm coordinate system to worm gear coordinate system are combined into the worm gear surface equation. According to the requirements of the meshing zone of worm gear pair,the points of worm gear surface are deviated in normal direction so that the worm gear surface is formed into a drum shape. The final meshing zone map indicates that the meshing performance of the modified worm gear and the standard worm is in accordance with the requirements of use.
