摘 要:根据密实骨架堆积原理,比较了FPM和BPM两种模式下普通干混砂浆配合比之间的差异,结果表明正填充法对充分利用多余的石粉有利,n值不仅调节浆体含量,并且同步调整水泥与石粉含量;为保证干混砂浆施工性能,高水灰比稀释了密实骨架堆积设计产生的减孔效应,并使配合比的经济效益达不到预期,但对某些施工性能要求不严格的承载类砂浆,选择BPM模式设计依然较为有利。According to the principle of compacting framework stacking, compared the mixing ratio difference between FPM and BPM for ordinary dry-mixed mortar, the results show that the positive filling method is very beneficial to make full use of the excess stone powder. n value not only adjusts the slurry content, but also synchronously adjusts the cement and stone powder content. In order to ensure the construction performance of dry mix mortar, the high water-cement ratio dilutes the effect of reduction hole generated by the design of compact framework stacking, and makes the economic benefits fall short of expectations of the mix ratio. However, for some load-bearing mortar with loose construction performance requirements, it is still advantageous to choose BPM mode for design.
