摘 要:中材天山(云浮)水泥有限公司5 000 t/d熟料生产线配套的两条年产80万t水泥粉磨系统没有配备打散机、V型选粉机等磨前分级装置,投产后虽然能达到设计台产,但能耗偏高,而且在运行过程中,辊压机系统故障率频发,造成运转率低,维修成本高。通过对系统进行了一系列的改造优化措施,水泥磨台产相比之前提高20~30 t/h,电耗下降3~4 kWh/t,磨机运转率提高约20%。Two cement grinding systems with an annual output of 800 000 t are not equipped with pre-grinding and grading devices such as disperser and V-type flour separator, which are matched by the 5000 t/d clinker production line of Zhongmao Tianshan(Yunfu)Cement Co., Ltd. After putting into operation, although they can reach the designed output, the energy consumption is high, and in the course of operation, the failure rate of roll press system occurs frequently, resulting in transportation. Low conversion rate and high maintenance cost. Through a series of reformation and optimization measures, the output of cement mill is increased by 20~30 t/h, the power consumption is decreased by 3~4 kWh/t, and the operation rate of the mill is increased by about 20%.
