摘  要:中材罗定水泥有限公司4 500 t/d新型干法熟料生产线由于早期选用的回转窑、分解炉燃烧器及配套煤粉输送系统,在装备选型和配置上普遍偏大,致使熟料工序煤耗和电耗难以进一步下降。为此,罗定公司组成技术攻关组,经过不断摸索,在总结掌握生产过程中实际用煤量和用风量的基础上,对窑头、窑尾燃烧器及煤粉输送系统实施了优化改造,取得了较好的效果。Due to the early selection of rotary kiln, calciner burner and auxiliary pulverized coal conveying system, the equipment selection and configuration of the 4500 t/d dry clinker production line of Zhongshan Luoding Cement Co., Ltd. are generally large, which makes it difficult to further reduction of the coal consumption and power consumption in clinker process. For this reason, Luoding Company has formed a technical research team. After continuous exploration, on the basis of summarizing and mastering the actual coal and air consumption in the production process, the burner at the kiln head and kiln tail and the pulverized coal conveying system have been optimized and reformed, and good results have been achieved.
