儿科门急诊救治特点及护理措施

摘　　要：目的通过总结儿科门急诊救治的特点,提出针对性的护理措施。方法本研究纳入2018年1月~2019年1月我院儿科门急诊急症患儿89例,总结了患儿的生理及心理特点,并且对陪护家属以及护理人员的心理状况等进行调查。结果儿科门急诊的救治具有以下特点,包括患儿年纪小带来的静脉滴注操作困难,陪护家属不理解、缺乏相关知识以及护理人员操作不熟练、心理压力大等特点。结论应针对以上特点,从患儿、陪护家属、医护人员三个方面入手来提高治疗满意度。Objective To summarize the characteristics of pediatric emergency treatment and put forward pertinent nursing measures.Methods This study included 89 pediatric emergency cases in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.The physiological and psychological characteristics of the children were summarized,and the psychological status of the accompanying family members and nurses were investigated.Result The treatment of pediatric outpatient and emergency department has the following characteristics,including the difficulty of intravenous drip operation caused by the young children,the lack of understanding of the accompanying family members,the lack of relevant knowledge,the unskilled operation of nurses and the high psychological pressure.Conclusion According to the above characteristics,we should improve the satisfaction of treatment from three aspects:children,accompanying family members and medical staff.
