功能营养素在骨关节炎和痛风性关节炎养护中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨功能营养素在骨关节炎和痛风性关节炎养护中的应用效果。方法选择2017年5月~2018年12月治疗的骨关节炎和痛风性关节炎患者30例作为研究对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=15)和观察组(n=15)。对照组给予常规治疗及养护方式,观察组在对照组基础上联合功能营养素,1个月养护后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组患者的恢复情况。结果经过1个月的治疗后,观察组患者的关节疼痛、肿胀消失时间、恢复活动时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将功能营养素运用在骨关节炎和痛风性关节炎养护中的效果显著,有效的促进了患者的恢复,减轻了患者的疼痛程度,提高了患者的生活质量,值得推广与应用。Objective To explore the effect of functional nutrients in the maintenance of osteoarthritis and gouty arthritis.Methods Thirty patients with osteoarthritis and gouty arthritis treated from May 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group (n=15) and observation group (n=15).The control group was given routine treatment and maintenance.The observation group was combined with functional nutrients on the basis of the control group.After one month of maintenance,the effect of patients was evaluated and the recovery of patients in the two groups was compared.Result:After one month of treatment,the pain,swelling disappearance time and recovery time of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of functional nutrients in the maintenance of osteoarthritis and gouty arthritis has a remarkable effect,which effectively promotes the recovery of patients,reduces the degree of pain,improves the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of promotion and application.
