自动弹力线痔疮套扎术、胶圈套扎术、传统丝线痔结扎术治疗混合痔的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析自动弹力线痔疮套扎术、胶圈套扎术、传统丝线痔结扎术治疗混合痔的临床效果。方法将156例混合痔患者随机分为A、B、C组,各52例。A组给予自动弹力线痔疮套扎术,B组给予胶圈套扎术,C组给予传统丝线痔结扎术。比较三组的疗效。结果 A组的手术时间、住院时间、创面愈合时间、肛周水肿及疼痛评分均优于B、C组,且B组优于C组(P<0.05);A组的并发症均少于C组(P<0.05)。结论自动弹力线痔疮套扎术治疗混合痔的临床效果及术后并发症发生情况均优于其他两种术式。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of automatic elastic thread hemorrhoids ligation,rubber ring ligation and traditional thread hemorrhoids ligation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 156 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into groups A,B and C,with 52 cases in each group.The group A was given automatic elastic thread hemorrhoids ligation,the group B was given rubber ring ligation,and the group C was given traditional thread hemorrhoids ligation.The efficaly of the three groups were compared.Results The operation time,hospitalization time and wound healing time,the scores of perianal edema and pain in the group A were better than those in the group B and C,and those in the group B were better than the group C(P<0.05);the complications in the group A were less than those in the group C(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect and postoperative complications of automatic elastic thread hemorrhoids ligation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids are better than the other two methods.
