加味天麻钩藤饮治疗后循环缺血性眩晕患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析加味天麻钩藤饮治疗后循环缺血性眩晕(PCIV)的效果。方法将200例PCIV患者按治疗方式分为对照组(100例,甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗)和观察组(100例,在对照组基础上给予加味天麻钩藤饮)。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组LVA、RVA、BA血流速度均升高,NO、ET-1、FIB水平、DHI评分均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味天麻钩藤饮治疗PCIV的效果显著,能加快椎-基底动脉血流速度。Objective To analyze the effect of modified Tianma Gouteng decoction in post circulation ischemic vertigo(PCIV).Methods A total of 200 patients with PCIV were divided into control group(100 cases,treated with betahistine mesylate) and observation group(100 cases,treated with modified Tianma Gouteng decoction on the basis of control group).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood flow velocity of LVA,RVA and BA of the two groups increased,the levels of NO,ET-1,FIB and score of DHI decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Tianma Gouteng decoction in patients with PCIV has significant effect,it can effectively accelerate the blood flow of vertebral-basilar artery.
